How it works

  1. Russian agent

    The agent shares what they know about the client’s requirements. Clarify any missing details in the request discussion.

  2. ChangeHome platform

    Agree the remuneration terms with the agent in writing in the request discussion. We recommend doing this before client contact details are shared.

  3. You, the broker

    You select new developments from developers in your country or resale properties for the client.

  4. Transaction

    Once the contact is disclosed: consultation, reservation and transaction on the platform.

Tell us on Telegram which country you work in. Once cooperation is agreed, an administrator creates your account and emails an invitation. Use the link to verify your email and set a password. Your workspace includes a guide to preparing your catalog, responding to requests and updating transaction stages.

What you get

    The agent shares what they know about the client’s requirements. Clarify any missing details in the request discussion.

  • Requests for your destinations

    Your workspace shows requests for the countries where you work with ChangeHome. Brokers for other destinations cannot see these requests.

  • Leads in CRM format

    You manage every request in your platform account, from first contact to the transaction.

  • Remuneration for a transaction

    Agree the recipient, terms and payment procedure with the agent separately for each transaction and record the agreement in the request. The recipient may be the agent or their agency. Record the final amount, currency and exchange rate following the transaction.
